May I ask where this pairing comes from? Are there signs in the anime for this or is this just one of those non canon pairings people love? (Im guilty for none canon ones 2 Xd) Not attacking this pairing I swear. Just honestly curious how people got to this pairing.

this couple isnīt official, in beyblade maoxrei is the only couple official
some people like this couple for chapter 19,23 in season 1, emily seems interested in kai :)

well this pairing is cause in the show you can see that emily had a little crush on kai so i think that if kai has no canon pairing like ray and mao you can put him with anyone you want so it could be a future posibility :)
